  • Sunrise Flow | Yoga

    A strong movement class of yoga sequencing that integrates traditional postures, strength, flexibility, theme and flow. Indulge in a practice that integrates presence, mindfulness, and mental clarity that stem from the heart.

  • Slow Flow | Yoga

    Our Slow Flow class is a gentle, slower-paced practice to stretch, strengthen, and center. With mindful transitions and fewer vinyasas, this class helps release tension, improve flexibility, and support you in feeling calm.

  • Deep Hatha | Yoga

    Deep Hatha is a heated class with traditional asana sequences that allows for long holds with a strong focus on breath work and grounding. This class will allow for proper asana alignment and mindfulness.

     

  • The Rest Hour | Yin Yoga

  • Deep Stretch | Yin Yoga

    Movement, introspection, and meditative breathing unfurl both body and mind. Through yin-inspired postures, experience deep relaxation and renewal, leaving you feeling lighter, rested, and calm.

    Immerse yourself in a blend of standing and floor poses designed to challenge and nurture your body. Set in a heated room, this accessible practice encourages natural detoxification while harmonizing Yin/Yang energy.   • Pulse | Pilates

    A 55 minute dynamic workout in our heated wood room. This is the precision of mat Pilates with the intensity of light dumbbell strength training and cardio — all to sculpt and strengthen you from head to toe. Expect a high energy playlist with the volume on blast.

    This full-body fusion class blends the precision of Pilates, the fluidity of Yoga, and the intensity of endurance training to sculpt and tone your entire body. Using props such as blocks, resistance bands, and light weights, each session is designed to elevate your practice and challenge your limits. 

  • Thrive | Pilates Cardio

    With carefully curated music, HIIT cardio, pilates training and somatic release, this class is meant to push you out of your comfort zone, help you connect with the present moment, strengthen your body and open your heart.

  • Mat Pilates

    Mat pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout that strengthens, lengthens, and tones your muscles while improving core stability, flexibility, and posture. Using just a mat and optional props like resistance bands, small stability balls or light weights, this class enhances muscle engagement, balance, and control. Controlled movements, breathwork, and alignment are at the core of each exercise, helping to build deep core strength and overall body awareness. Suitable for all levels, Ritual’s Mat Pilates helps prevent injuries, relieve tension, and create a balanced, lean physique. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, you'll leave feeling stronger, more centred, and refreshed. This class is a great introduction to our other pilates classes such as Fusion and Pulse!

  • Foundation | Body Weight & Strength

    Build a deeper connection to your core with this full-body activated session that builds your foundational balance. Strength-based and targeting body weight movements and drills that connect the upper and lower body. Every session will incorporate a warm-up and cool down for maximum adaptation. Expect to sweat as we move through the progression together.

  • Ritual Ride | Spin

    A guided cycling experience that will elevate your energy and clear your mind. The class begins with a warm-up followed by a series of intervals that will build in intensity. You will be encouraged to stay present and reminded of your cycling posture and technique along the way. Expect a fun yet powerful music playlist to help power you through the session. This is more than just a spin class, it's a Ritual ride, a journey of mind, body and spirit.
