  • Wim hof | 45min

    This Breathwork class is designed and packaged to drop you into a state of mindfulness and calm while altering your nervous system state, mood, and quality of presence through breath. We begin the class with 20 minutes mindfulness, breath isolations, and a practice round of the Wim Hof Method. Once our baseline has been established, we'll then enter into our Breath Journey of 4 rounds including 4 timed breath holds. This Breathwork class is meant for all levels and follows the natural curve of our nervous system and breath. It can feel like "work" at times, but it can also be highly illuminating in what comes to the surface. People tend to leave class feeling more open, relaxed, and connected.

  • Wim Hof & Cold Exposure | 60min

    Discover the potent routine of beginning your day with the combination of the Wim Hof Method Breathwork and Cold Exposure. Upon awakening, our cortisol levels naturally begin to rise and the added eustress from breathwork and temperature regulation further support this process. It's a natural and effective way to replace coffee while getting a burst of alertness, clarity, and a sense of resilience. We strongly believe in the impact of having Rituals and this morning routine is designed to help kickstart your day with a balanced feeling of being grounded and energized.
